At Princess Alli Foundation, our mission has evolved to meet the changing needs of families navigating pediatric medical care. While we began by providing food and toiletry care packages to inpatient families, our work has grown into something deeper and more sustainable: building welcoming hospital spaces and offering direct financial support through our Family Assistance Grant Program.
Building Projects
We partner with hospitals to create comforting, functional spaces that support families during treatment and recovery. From family lounges to resource centers, each build reflects our commitment to dignity, warmth, and community care.

Family Assistance Grant Program
Our grant program provides financial support to families facing medical hardship. We aim to serve with compassion and clarity—ensuring every applicant is treated with dignity.
Legacy: Care Package Program
From 2015 to 2020, Princess Alli Foundation proudly served inpatient families at hospitals across Michigan and beyond with food and toiletry care packages. These efforts laid the foundation for our current programs and helped us build lasting relationships with medical institutions.
50 States Challenge
As part of our early outreach efforts, Princess Alli Foundation launched the 50 States Challenge to raise awareness about the need for family support resources in children’s hospitals nationwide. We sent toiletry care packages to hospitals in all 50 states, aiming to spark local conversations about long-term solutions for families navigating pediatric illness.
