THANK YOU to our amazing donors, Facebook LIKE-ers and SHARE-ers, and those that offered us prayers and encouragement during the 2016 Charity Challenge! We were able to raise $1,161 in donations PLUS won an additional $100 in prize money from Art Van over the last 6 weeks for a grand total of $1,261! These funds will be used to expand our toiletry care package project to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, Hurley Medical Center in Flint, and C.S. Motts in Ann Arbor and will provide almost ONE THOUSAND TOILETRY CARE PACKAGES! 2016 Holiday Care Package Project
We are excited to announce the launch of our 2016 Holiday Care Package Project! Our 2015 Project was a huge success, and we are excited for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families this holiday season as well! We are looking for sponsors for 11 days of care packages ($100 for a full sponsorship, or $50 for a half sponsorship). December 2015 Updates
Happy New Year! Here are our December 2015 Updates! Our 2015 Holiday Care Package Campaign was an amazing success! Over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we were able to provide 440 care packages to inpatient families at Sparrow Hospital. Our care packages provided soups and pastas, cookies, muffins, bars, treats and more to ensure families did not need to miss a meal while their child was inpatient. Handmade prayer shawls, slippers and coffee kozees were generously donated to help make their stay more comfortable. We were so excited to hit this milestone, and so very thankful for your help <3 Here’s to the next 1000! Holiday Care Package Campaign Update!
